Veggie Pizza (no yeast pizza dough)

I always wanted to try Pizza at home by scratch.Many times i tried earlier with using yeast ,but somehow the slight smell of yeast always used to remain and my kids and my husband won't like that smell.so last month for a small group i hosted a party and i was searching for the pizza recipe without adding any yeast in it.I came across this recipe ,which when i tried result was quite a satisfactory.my daughter liked it too.the main part is it is very simple,easy and quickly made without any hassle.

Ingredients: 

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 3/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
3/4 - 1 cup water
1/2 Cup Pizza Sauce
Mixed vegetable like diced onion,capsicum(bell pepper),tomato,olives,pineapple,mushrooms(all of them or any combinations etc)
Mozzarella or shredded cheese

Method:

Take a mixing bowl,add all dry ingredients and sieve them properly.

Now add oil and mix them nicely.

Finally add water slowly little by little and knead them into soft non sticky dough.Knead them on the floured surface for 5-6 minutes.you can do it instantly or can Leave it undisturbed for 2-3 hours.knead again before rolling.

Roll them on the floured surface or directly spread them on the greased pizza sheet/cookie sheet .The size of the pizza depends how much thick crust you want.

Spread pizza sauce or tomato ketchup can also do over the pizza crust.
Wash and dice tomatoes,onion,capsicum etc
Sprinkle all these vegetables over the sauce and finally sprinkle cheese on the top(quantity surely depends on how much cheese you want).

Bake them in preheated oven at 400degree Fahrenheit for 15-25 minutes.
Keep checking after 15 minutes,so that pizza won't burns at the bottom.

Your Home made No Yeast Veggie Pizza is ready.
