Easy/quick Bread Sandwich
This is a very easy,fast to make bread sandwich which kids mostly like to eat.
you can make this with lots of variations.
few of them i sharing here.
From last few weeks this is my daughter's favourite.
Ingredients:
To prepare Mint chutney grind together bunch of Mint leaves,1/2 bunch of coriander leaves,1 tsp jeer(cumin seeds),2-4 green chili,1" ginger and salt into smooth paste.finally add lemon juice in it.
Method to prepare Sandwich:
mix all the veggiee's in a bowl add salt and coriander leaves.
You can use sandwich maker for this or you can do it just like that.
toast Bread on hot griddle/tava.i put ghee to toast Bread,you can use butter too.
take this two toasted bread.spread green chutney on one bread.put the veggies mixer on it and finally put grated
cheese.spread ketchup on the other Bread and sandwich on the first bread.cut it into triangle.
easy bread sandwich is ready.
2nd Method:
Take a Bread spread butter on both sides keep it on greased oven tray. spread green chutney on the bread.put the veggies mixer on the Bread and sprinkle grated cheese on it.
Take another bread spread butter on both sides and keep this on the tray along with the other bread seperated. bake this in the preheated oven/grill at 350 degree F for about 10-15 minutes or till the cheese melts.remove it from the oven and spread ketchup on the second bread.cover the veggie bread with the other bread and press a little.cut the bread into triangle.your bread pizza sandwich is ready.
3rd Method:
If you have left over dry curry like potato sabzi(made for dosa/samosa/paratha) or any normal dry sabzi made it for chapati can do.then same like above toast the bread ,spread chutney on one and spread ketchup on other.
put this curry in between sprinkle cut onion and cheese on it and sandwich the two bread.cut into triangle and enjoy

- 1tsp of finally cut onions
- 1tsp finally cut tomato's
- 1 tsp finally cut capsicum(bell pepper)
- 1tsp grated carrot
- little salt

- green mint/avocado chutney(refer nacho recipe)(optional)
