Maple Syrup Bread

                                                               Maple Syrup Bread

As you know baking is my hobby. Its always gives me joy.This lock-down time i made it as a family baking time.My both kids are having spring break and they love to eat cake,so we tried this new recipe.Good part of this bread is that it is not too sweet,so if you are not a big fan of sweets it is a cake/bread for you.

Ingredient:
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
1/3 maple syrup
1/4 cup olive oil
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Cooking spray
1/3 cup finely chopped almonds, walnuts, and hazelnuts

Procedure:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Take a mixing bowl and sift together all the dry ingredients (both flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt). then add sugar. Combine buttermilk, maple syrup, olive oil, and the egg in another bowl.

Make a well in the center of the dry mixture, and pour the wet mixture slowly into it. Stir until it's moist. Stir in the vanilla extract, and make sure there are no lumps. Make sure to not beat to much.

Pour the batter into a 8" by 4" loaf pan coated with the cooking spray. Here I have used a round pan instead. Sprinkle it with the chopped nuts. Put the pan in the oven and bake it for 40 to 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Taking the bread out of the oven, let it cool and serve!
