- 1 cup Wheat Flour(Atta)
- 1/2- 3/4 cup jaggary or sugar(jaggary is better)
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1 tsp cardamon powder
- 1/2 cup mixed dry fruits like raisins,cashews,almond pieces,pista pieces,dates,walnuts etc
- 1/4 cup milk(optional)
- 1/2 cup water
Take a heavy bottom pan ,add 1 ts ghee ,raisins and cashews.fry this till cashews turns red and raisins fluffs out and keep it aside.Remove skin of almonds and pista and make slice of them.make small pieces of dates,walnuts etc.
