Onion-Tomato Uthappa

when you are bored of eating dosa or idli continuously this dosa  is a break from that .If you are using dosa batter add 2 tbsp of chiroti rava in it or if you have idli batter then you should add 2 tbsp of rice flour in it.This you can call it as south Indian pizza.this make a good evening snack.
Ingredients:

  • Dosa/Idli Batter 2 cup
  • 2tblsp of  chiroti(fine)rava/rice flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1" ginger finely chopped
  • green chillies finely chopped(optional)
  • oil
  • ghee
Method:
Add batter and flour and little water.mix the batter nicely.
Mix together onion,tomato,coriander leaver,ginger,green chillies and salt and keep aside.
Heat the griddle .when griddle become hot ,pour the batter on the griddle slightly spread the batter.
Now  sprinkle the onion mixer on the dosa,put oil all around/on the dosa.

after 2 minutes turn over the dosa and leave it for 2 minutes.turn it back.
Finely put very little ghee/butter on it.
serve it with green chutney(recipe in masal dosa)/red chutney(recipe in gulliappa)/sambhar(ref.masal dosa)chutney pudi.
