Mango custard

Couple of years back, one of my friends - Sandhya Kulkarni - prepared a dessert for Diwali function. It was a hit..! everybody loved the dish. Last week, we had a baby-shower for a friend in Warsaw. I thought of modifying the recipe for this event. Here is the Version 2.0 of the dessert:

- Mango pulp - 1 can
- Condensed milk - 1 Can
- Evaporated Milk - 1 Can
- 1/2 and 1/2 or Whip cream
- Cool Whip
- Cut Fruits (Cantelope, Grapes, Mango chunks, Pineapple, Apple and Dry fruits of your choice)

Prepare Mango ice-cream/Kulfi and freeze it for few hours. For mango-ice cream take 1 cup of mango pulp,1 cup of condensed milk, 1cup of  evaporated milk and 1 cup of whip cream and mix it in a mixer.
Pour the paste in a bowl and put 8 oz box full of cool whip in it  and mix with hand beater so that cool whip texture retains.Freeze this for few hours in freezer. For small quantity, you can use 1 cup of everything
as I said above but if you are doing it for large quantity you should take 1 can/16 oz of everything including cool whip. According to your taste you can add more condensed milk and mango pulp in this.
Remove the ice cream from freezer Thaw for 30 min. and mix all the fruits.

Finally decorate the Mango custard with dry fruits.

Enjoy the mouth-watering dish..!!! :-)
